NEW APRIL 2021. This is a 70-page working timetable, issued by the LNER to commence on 3 March 1930. We must thank John Smart of the LNER Society for making it available to us from his own collection. It covers Section G of the GE suburban district.

The services included are: Custom House and Gallions (Royal Albert Docks) local service; Liverpool St., Fenchurch St., Bromley, Canning Town, Thames Wharf, Beckton, Royal Albert Docks and Woolwich; Palace Gates and Woolwich; and Victoria Park and Canning Town. All these services are combined in a single table, which spreads over 54 of the pages.

Other information is there too which relates to emergency changes in working on the Woolwich line, for example, and to the times when goods trains are banned over the suburban district. You can see a full list of the contents HERE.

This is one of three working timetables we can offer which between them cover the GE suburban district in 1930 - the other two are for Section E and Section F, and are files TW064 and TW065 respectively.
