This is a 17-page printed booklet, published by the GER Engineer's Department and issued in September 1919. Its full title is 'Form of Examination for Look-out Men and Flagmen'.
It provides all the questions to be asked by an examiner, and the expected answers. There are separate parts for look-out men and flagmen, as they were to be asked different questions.
