Seven ton low wagon as Locomotive Department no.0416 EX at Stratford Works. Note the deep side rail each end extends above the height of the floor, giving the impression of being a 2-plank wagon. It has turned down Mansell wheels, swinging link suspension, long leaf springs, Westinghouse brake, clasp brake blocks, screw couplings, safety chains and GER Type B1 oil axle boxes.
