No.0246 EX was one of the 200 early iterations of James Holden's Dia.15 covered vans with a 15' 1" long body and bulb-angle solebars, and it’s also a little lower in height than the standard Dia.15 van to the right. It's been derated to 7 tons and wears Stratford Works' Locomotive Department Stock livery.
