MP043 The M and GN Joint network.
This is a professional scan of D14, one of our large drawings. It is not suitable for printing out because the detail would be far too small to show. It is ideal for viewing a selected area on screen, however, zooming in to 75% or 100%.
The map shows the whole of the Midland and Great Northern system in its heyday. It depicts in diagrammatic form all track layouts, stations, signal boxes, level crossings, water cranes, turntables, engine sheds and the like. It extends from Bourne and the edge of Peterborough North in one direction to Coke Ovens Junction on the outskirts of Lowestoft in the other direction.
You will receive an email link to download this file as soon as you have paid. If it doesn't appear, please check in your spam folder.
If you wish for a full-size paper copy, you need to purchase D14.CD instead. The CD does contain this same file, marked as 'For home viewing'. The original drawing was approximately 32 inches by 22 inches, however, and the CD also has a second much larger version of the file labelled 'For professional printing'. You should take the CD to a local printer and request a print-out from that file: it will require a sheet of A1 paper.
