If you have already purchased one of the original DVDs of Journals 1-140 and are planning to buy this CD to follow on from it, we would advise you instead to purchase one of the newer DVDs which contains Journals 1-150.  Doing that as an upgrade will cost £6 - only £1 more than this CD - and for it you will get much better quality files of all the Journals.
